Goals of the Society

  • to exchange and disseminate horticultural information applicable to local conditions
  • to encourage involvement in project designed to beautify private and public properties in Edmonton and surrounding areas
  • to affiliate and co-operate with associations organized to conduct work of a similar nature
  • to become a well-known, respected, reputable and influential organization

What is EHSThe EHS accomplishes its goals by offering major events (Garden Competition, the Perennial Exchange, Open Gardens, Muttart Planting) and programs (monthly meetings, workshops).

Open to the public and paid yearly, membership includes monthly newsletters, free admission at meetings and discounts at various local garden shops.
