GARDEN TOUR 2009

The EHS is having a Garden Tour on July 25 and 26, 2009 from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m..  We will be featuring some of the winning gardens from last year’s competition, as well as some other view-worthy gardens.

Tickets are just $10 each and will be available at our June meeting, and beginning July 1st at several local garden centres - Ellerslie Gifts and Garden Centre, Apache Seeds, Salisbury Greenhouses, and Wellington Garden Centre .

This is a self guided tour opened to EHS members and non-members. Everyone viewing the gardens must have a ticket. All pertinents information are included in the ticket.

The Garden Tour is one of our major fundraisers, so please plan to support the EHS and spend an enjoyable day or days with friends looking at fabulous gardens. I usually get at least one or two ideas that I can try in my own garden.
I hope you will all find time to take in the tour.

Volunteers - Gate Keepers

Volunteers will be needed. If you would like to volunteer (EHS membership requirements may be waved) contact Carol Lotzgeselle or Maggie Easton. Anyone who volunteers as a gatekeeper will get a ticket for the tour. The shifts are from 10 am to 1 pm and 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, July 25 and Sunday July 26. The duty of the gatekeepers is to make sure that everyone has a ticket. Please e-mail GardenTour@EdmontonHort.com if you wish to volunteer.
