Advertising Rates
NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING RATES
The EHS is pleased to welcome paid advertising in its monthly
Newsletter and Garden Competition Booklet. The EHS reserves the
right to print only those advertisements it deems appropriate.
Rates are subject to change.
All prices quoted are per issue. Payment must be made before the
deadline for the advertisement to run.
Advertisement Size and Position Price
1. Business Card 2” x 3.5” horizontal/vertical $ 40.00
2. Quarter Page 3” x 4.5” vertical $ 60.00
3. Half Page 5” x 7” horizontal (preferred) $ 90.00
4. Half Page 3.5” x 9” vertical $ 90.00
5. Full Page 7” x 9.5” vertical $120.00
Discounts:
•
Place 5 same-size advertisements in 5 consecutive issues and receive
a 10% discount provided full payment is made in advance of the
deadline for the advertisement to run. Does not include back cover
advertisements.
• Place 10 same-size advertisements in 10
consecutive issues and receive a 20% discount provided full payment
is made in advance
of the deadline for the advertisement to run. Does not include
back cover advertisements.
• Corporate Sponsors receive a 33% discount on most advertising (as
well as mention in the newsletter and two transferable membership
cards). Discounts may not be combined.
• Please Note: All advertisements are reproduced in black and white
only and must be supplied by the advertiser in camera-ready quality
in a jpg format. Deadline: 10:00 p.m. on the 15th of the month
prior to publishing.

WEBSITE ADVERTISING RATES
The EHS welcomes paid advertising on its Website. The EHS reserves the
right to print only those advertisements it deems appropriate.
Space is limited and request are fulfilled in chronological order. Rate is subject to change.
The advertisement is in the form of a link to your Website specified page. Your logo or other specified photos would appear on home page and news page. The approximate size of graphic is 200 x 100 pixels ( 2.8 x 1.4 inch ). A short comment ( 30 words) would be included with logo in news.
Price is $30 for 30 days and must be made before the
deadline for the advertisement to run.
